- No spamming the message board. This includes spamming the board
with consecutive messages just to advance in rank quicker and making a lot of really short posts when you could have put it
all in one message. If possible, say it all in one message.
- No arguing on the board. If you are offended by something another
member says, do not reply to them on the board. This will just start an argument that will get others involved. A council
or subcouncil member will be checking the board and we will definitely notice any offensive posts and deal with them. You
do not have to like all of your fellow guild members but try to be nice and respectful.
- Do not ask for handouts. If you are active and helpful to the
guild, you will be rewarded for it. All newbies will be given a newbie pack, but only after the council thinks you have been
a member long enough. This may take up to a month.
- If you are not going to be on for awhile, please let a council
or subcouncil member know. We understand that sometimes you will not be able to warn us in advance, but if you can that will
save us from worrying. If you run a contest or other event & won't be around, we DEFINITELY need to know in advance.
- Stay active! Some of you actually have lives and won't be able
to post everyday. That's fine but we will be keeping track and members who post less than weekly will be deleted. ( You will
receive one warning first, but if nonactive status remains, you will be deleted ).
- If you join with more than one account, please let kittyplayswithknives
know. It will save us from sending out extra welcome letters, freebies, etc.
- You must be a very active and trustworthy member for at least
a month (maybe longer, depending on value of items) to borrow any of the avatar items. If you are on the board frequently
and the council feels you can be trusted, you may be able to borrow them sooner.
- If you ask a question on the message board and don't receive
an answer immediately, just be patient. We will get to you as soon as we can. If it is urgent, feel free to send a neomail
to council or subcouncil.
- If you are not promoted as soon as you post the needed number
of messages and reach the time requirement, don't worry. We won't forget about you, you will be promoted within 24 hours.
- We welcome suggestions and ideas from anyone but if you want
to plan an event/contest, you must run it by the council first. This will ensure that too many events won't be planned for
the same time, and also to ensure that not just anybody will run contest your idea/suggestion might be run by a council or
sub council member. The decision will be based on how many other contests are running at the time.
- If someone breaks a rule and you think it needs to be brought
to our attention, neomail a council/subcouncil member and they will take care of it. Do not neomail the person to tell them
they broke a rule.
- Don't create an account that contains the guild's name without
first asking the council. This is to stop anyone from being scammed out of donations. If you are contacted by an account with
the guild's name and are suspicious, ask the council or subcouncil. Currently, our only account for donations is naafunds.
- If you have sent a neomail to someone on the council and not
received a reply, be patient. It may take a day for them to answer you. Don't send messages asking if they got your prior
ones. This just takes up time and space that could be used for other things.
- We are all individuals so please do not copy anyone's avatar,
font, siggy, etc as some people get very upset over that. We will be getting a font page for avatars up soon but until that
happens if anyone wants a font to match their avatar please neomail llyndreth and she will gladly help.
